1965 Gilbert Honey West doll 11 1/2"

1965 Gilbert Honey West doll, 11 1/2"

The doll reference books we have, do not list a Gilbert Toy Company, so we assume that this is the AC Gilbert Company that sold trains and erector sets so popular with boys, that began in 1909-1967.

Albert Gilbert Sr. died in 1961 and the company was sold to the Gabriel Company in 1967.
