Ken Fashions - 1972

Ken walks, 'n talks and he's busier than ever with movable hands to grasp things.  There were three new Ken dolls this year and are each dressed dolls; Walk Lively Ken #1184, Busy Ken #3314 and Talking Busy Ken #1196.  Besides the three original outfits, he could choose from ten new outfits for 1972 plus a shoe set and all of 1971's outfits were repeated.  As a general rule, most of Ken's pants are now pull on or with a snap only, rather than the YKK zippered front,  but we haven't inspected each and every pair of pants.

1828 Mod Madras (1972) 

Ochre jacket with red belt, loud plaid pants, red short sleeve tricot shirt, & red sandals.  Variations in the plaid fabric pants have been found.  NRFB $200

1829 Red, White & Wild (1972) 

Red tricot long sleeve shirt with white stars, white & blue striped pants with red & white vinyl belt, narrow blue & white sleeveless vest & white tennis shoes.  NRFB $200
