Not
much is known about the Paris Doll Corporation accept that they produced
mostly hard plastic dolls in the 1950's and were a USA manufacture with an
office at 203 E. 18th Street, New York, NY.
In 1957 the Horsman Doll
company purchased the Paris Doll Corp. and renamed it the Couturier
Division for one year, after that it simply became Horsman Dolls,
Horsman also acquired the young talented fashion designer Irene Szor.
Here are a some

holding her by the shoulder as you would a baby learning to
walk. With her feet on the floor, keep her erect and
then walk gently behind her, giving a light push. You
will see her make forward steps, just like a baby. To
make Peggy cry, first hold her face downward and then tilt
her over her back".
