Verlingue built porcelain factories in 1919 at Montreuil-sous-Bois and another
in 1921 at Boulogne-sur-Mer and also had an address and phone number in Paris, France
the same as H. Delcourt, who was Gesland's successor in 1921 + and used Verlingue
bisque doll heads.
Verlingue made bisque head child dolls on composition and wood jointed bodies,
all bisque bathing beauty
dolls and mignonettes from 1915 through the 1920s.
Jules Verlingue used the doll mark JV with an anchor symbol which is shown
below, they did not used doll mold numbers. |
